  • 3 PM Exercise: Functional Strength Training
  • 4 PM Seminar: Intro to Triathlon for Women
  • 6 PM Dinner
  • 8 PM Free Time

Saturday

  • 8 AM Breakfast (Clinic: Stretching and Injury Prevention)
  • 10 AM Seminar: Race Weekend
  • 11 AM Clinic: Tire Changing and Basic Bike Maintenance
  • 12 PM Lunch (Clinic: Bike Handling Skills)
  • 1 PM Exercise: Group Bike Ride
  • 4 PM Swim Clinic with Video Taping
  • 6 PM Dinner (Guest Speaker)
  • 8 PM Free time
